Ethyl Acrylate, or EA, is a biological compound. The molecular formula is C5H8O2, and it is the ethyl ester of acrylic acid. The compound comes in a fluid form, has an acrid odour and is free of colour. The most common use is for manufacturing textiles, non-woven fibres and paint.
